Professor Danilo Ercolini is full professor of Full professor of Microbiology at the University of Naples Federico II, where he is also the Director of the Department of Agricultural Sciences. Prof. Ercolini is interested in microbial ecology, food and gut microbiome. He is also scientific director of the University of Naples’ Task Force for Microbiome Studies.
